General Terms and Conditions for the  Encontro Camp 2024 (GTC)

Registration, confirmation of registration and invoice

Participants can register using the registration form on the homepage or by e-mail. The participants will receive the invoice with the confirmation of registration. 50% of the invoice amount is due for payment immediately. The other 50% is due by June 30, 2024.

Registration cancellation

If the registration is canceled up to four weeks before the start, the participant will be refunded the full amount if he/she finds another person to take his/her place. If this is not the case, we will retain half of the amount paid. If you cancel later or don't show up, we keep the entire amount.

Responsibility of the participants

The participants recognize that they are fully responsible for their own physical and mental health during the seminar. They acknowledge that all steps and measures taken by them in the course of the event are their own responsibility.

For seminars that take place abroad, the participants are asked to decide for themselves whether they want to take out international health insurance or not. We assume no liability for possible damage.

Place of jurisdiction

In the event of disputes arising from contracts concluded under the validity of these General Terms and Conditions, either the German courts or the courts of the place where the customer resides are responsible for customer complaints. German courts are responsible for complaints by Coaching Spirale GmbH.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions/Reservation of Changes

We are entitled to change these general terms and conditions unilaterally, insofar as this is necessary to adapt to changed legal or technical framework conditions.

Severability Clause

If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions should be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
